I would like to introduce by saying this is one of the things we need as users to use our devices in a good way. This can help fix issue. This allows for more uses for the devices.
also would like a all desktop mode safar where I actually get the proper desktop websites on my devices. You know what I am talking about. some websites have mobile or desktop versions and some don’t and where it doesn’t have it. The platform safari is trying to push it into a mobile site making the website broken in functionality

Can we get more information about the state of profile-driven user enrollment in iOS 18?
The only official statement seems to be this post here on the forums and nothing more.
1 Year deprecation and removal during the beta cycle is usually not the way Apple does this stuff - UIWebView was deprecated for 6 years.
Nothing in the wording during the WWDC Session indicates this is going to be removed in iOS 18, and none of the documentations we could find mentions profile-driven user enrollment is being removed this year.
Could we please get an official answer stating that yes, this is being removed, and that it's not just a bug in the Beta cycle?
Hi all, regarding requesting an organization name change for enrollment of enterprise developer subscription, I would like to understand more regarding the arrangement of iOS distribution certificate under the account (for internal deployment) but there is not much we can find in the official documentation and from the existing post.
Existing Distribution Certificate under the old name (e.g ABC Corp) are now used and app signed by it were deployed to thousands of internal users via internal website, after organization renaming, it is understood that the common name distribution certificate would not be renamed automatically and we will have to generate and pack the app with a new distribution certificate afterwards in order to update the name shown on users device.
I would like to confirm if the existing distribution certificate (i.e. created under the legacy name ABC Corp) would be still kept valid until its expiry date (or until we manually revoke it) and not affected by the renaming of the developer account. (i.e. two valid distribution certificate, one with the legacy name and another one with new name can be kept valid after the name change).
Does anyone have experience with this after organization rename? Thanks.

We need to do some operations in a login screen, but when the user uses a WPA2-Enterprise network, the authentication to this network is only possible after the login process has already been completed.
Is there a way to change the network on login screen or a way to authenticate on the WPA2-Enterprise network before a completed login?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1 - Use a WPA2-Enterprise
2 - Set WPA2-Enterprise as Auto-Join/Principal
3 - Reboot the Machine
4 - On the logon screen it's impossible to authenticate on the enterprise network even then type the username and password.
Hi,
My employer has Apple developer account and they want to distribute the application through Microsoft Intune for employees only.
However when I checked the MS Intune distribution documentation they have mentioned we should have Apple Enterprise account and distribute the app as In house/ Ad hoc app.
To distribute the app through Intune we need to use their wrapping tools which needs IPA generated through enterprise certificate and profile.
Employer also has Apple Business Manager account and as per Apple documentation we can distribute the app in organization through ABM.
Its really confusing to finalize which path to follow. I need your help to guide me in right direction.
My company is developing internal security software to deploy exclusively on corporate Mac endpoints. We are using the Endpoint Security framework, which requires the restricted com.apple.developer.endpoint-security.client entitlement. We were granted development access to this entitlement, but we have been denied distribution access. It's not practical to use ad-hoc provisioning for distributing the app internally to our users. Unfortunately the brief denial message did not provide any advice for a path forward.
If my company signed up for the Apple Developer Enterprise Program (https://developer.apple.com/programs/enterprise/), is it possible to grant the Endpoint Security entitlement for internal enterprise distribution? Otherwise, we appear to be stuck and unable to use Endpoint Security for our internal applications.
This is the worse service, Developer support do not respond its been 2 months and I cant even put the app live and am losing a lot of business, I can’t go live with this problem. We have been trying to change this account type from individual to business. This is frustrating, What kind of support that do not respond to their customers, Android fixed this long time, I can’t go live with this ,
I am even struggling to get the DNS number. What does one has to do here to get help, Honestly .
So disappointed on apple support

How long does it take to change the entity type of the account from Individual to Organization?, I changed my account entity from individual to organization days ago, but it still hasn't changed. And i dont recive another email with the instructions that said i would recive.
White-label messaging is like a pre-made chat app that one company creates, but other companies can make it look like it’s their own by changing its appearance and name. Basically, it’s a chat tool that businesses can buy and use with their own branding.
Why Apple intelligence not available for iPhone 15 plus. it’s not fair because I think Apple are for forcing people Buy expensive iPhone 15 pro or pro max, it’s excuse by Apple its do with A 17 chip. Whereas A16 can handle A I feature. Apple wants to make money.
So in the WWDC24 session What's new in App Store Connect a new Apple Developer Enterprise Program API is briefly mentioned at the end of the talk.
But there seems to be no other mention of it and would like to know more so that we perhaps can retire some rather not nice ways of automating Enterprise stuff :)
Hi guys,
I'm trying to make a test flight build (first time in a while) in Xcode 16.0 Beta for a visionOS 2.0 beta test. When I click Distribute App, It preps and creates the app but fails on the next step "creating app record..." with this code
The operation couldn’t be completed. (DVTAppStoreConnect.ServiceBackendError error 1.)
My account is old with a ton of certs, identifers, profiles etc. I've tied setting up a new one but that doesn't seem to fix the issue ( though I might have easily missed a step? )
Any help on how to solve this?
I recently upgraded to Xcode version 15.4, but after the upgrade, my app stopped working. I resolved all the dependency issues and managed to run it locally. However, when I archive and distribute the app, it shows a blank white screen upon launching it on the phone.
Any troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Errors building with manual provisioning profile and packages with PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy added. When I look at the changes in the package, the only difference is adding this .xcprivacy file. The error looks like this:
PLCrashReporter_CrashReporter does not support provisioning profiles, but provisioning profile *** has been manually specified. Set the provisioning profile value to "Automatic" in the build settings editor.
Using an Enterprise certificate with manually created provisioning profile, I don't have the option to choose automatic. And I can't change build settings for the swift packages.
Does anyone know how I can work around this issue?
I am a spatial computing / XR and Human-Computer Interaction researcher from a private university. I am interested in using the vision pro's newly-exposed camera access to develop and evaluate new algorithms for computational perception. ( WWDC session here: https://developer.apple.com/wwdc24/10139 )
I understand this is targeted at large enterprises, but I would like to know if by some means as a researcher affiliated with an educational institution I could develop private for-development-only applications for the vision pro with the enterprise APIs enabled. The intent is not to publish apps, but rather to contribute to the research community through R&D.
However, to my knowledge, I would be ineligible as a normal "business" as I do not employee 100+ employees. I am an independent researcher, and on occasion, I collaborate within small research groups within my university that focus on this kind of camera-based perception algorithm development.
Could someone from Apple comment?
Thank you.
Hi Team,
We have an apple developer account license for hosting our apps on Appstore and are interested to enroll for Apple Enterprise developer account license for USD 299.
We are asked to create a new email Id as existing account email cannot be used as advised from tech support, also changed the First name and Last name to real user for service email we have created to make the new Agent account.
We are getting this error since 3 days "Your enrollment could not be completed."
Request for immediate help over this.
Thanks
Hi,
We have our devices listed in Apple Business Manager but they are not enrolled in MDM. Some of the devices are locked in Activation Lock screen as employees logged in with their personal account .
Since devices are company owned and already available in ABM is there any way to remove activation lock easily without providing proof of purchase to apple?
In order to prevent devices getting into activation lock in future the only way is to Enroll the device in a MDM?
Are there anyways to bypass activation lock if we are not using MDM
We currently have an Enterprise Developer account and find it a challenge to manage devices, profiles, and so on in an automated fashion.
I am curious to understand if an API interface, similar to App Store Connect API is available - for Enterprise. There is no option in the Enterprise 'Users and Access' tab to manage or create API keys, like there is in a regular Apple Developer Account. An API would greatly simplify much of our processes.
We currently use Fastlane Spaceship to manage automated/scripted tasks around this, like adding new devices, adding devices to profiles, and so on.
We manage in the order of 70 provisioning profiles, so, it may be appreciated that adding even one device to that many profiles is not something you want do manually via the web interface - you script it - so we use Fastlane.
The issue is that Fastlane Spaceship uses a 'workround' that basically emulates a user web session, and so requires re-authentication when user session expires, and also requires re-authentication by 2FA when AppleID session expires each month.
This is no good for scripted automation on a server, as user interaction is then required.
So, I guess this is a request, or an insight as to whether or not API functionality, via API keys is coming soon to Enterprise, or never coming, or if there is some other mechanism we can use - or do we just stick with fastlane?
We have looked at Custom Apps, but don't think that fits our needs, as the apps we build hit internal test systems, which are not publicly accessible, and so not available for App Store review teams, as our understanding is that Custom apps must still pass App Store review and TestFlight review.
Thanks.
My organization currently has an Enterprise account that we've been using for awhile. We now have an app that needs to be released to the public App Store, so need a regular Developer Account.
This account should be tied to our organization, not to a specific person (just like our enterprise account). Is there a way to add the developer account to our existing enterprise account? Or does it need to be a new account? And if it's a new account, how do we get it tied to the same organization and manager (we have a person authorized to manage this stuff, but he's already the account holder on our enterprise account).
