ecovering Company's Apple Developer Account from Unreachable Admin
Hello Developer Community, I'm facing a critical situation with our company's Apple Developer Account. We are unable to access our account because: The admin of our Apple Developer Account is a former team member We cannot reach this person anymore We need to regain access to maintain our app on the App Store Questions: What is the official process to recover account access in this situation? What documentation will Apple require to verify our company ownership? Who should we contact at Apple to start this process? Any guidance from developers who have experienced a similar situation would be greatly appreciated. Note: I'll be happy to provide more details if needed, while keeping sensitive information private. Apple Developer account
Hello, I created my Apple Developer account and it was authorized, but when I went ahead and paid $99, my card was not charged (I've used two different credit cards, all in my name) and I still haven't been successful. Has anyone else experienced the same thing and what would be the best way to resolve this? NOTE: I receive an email and proof that the purchase was successful, but nothing has changed.

Developer Account Renewal Country Payment Change
Hi, Help!! So I was in Thailand for a number of years and developed an app over there and signed up as a developer over there. But now I'm in the USA indefinitely and I'm unable to change my payment method. How can I change it? I called the USA support line twice and no one was able to help me. I tried the Thailand phone number and I'm unable to call from the USA. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

missing entitlements with fastlane
hi I am using fastlane and match to upload an app to test flight. The app requires com.apple.developer.storekit.external-link.account to be activated. My identifier has activated the capabilities and when I look at provisional profile, it also has it, but when the app has been uploaded, it's missing (although all other entitlements are there). Now it gets weird: Every time I run my flow I delete derived data, deletes all downloaded provisional profiles and use match to redownload them with read only (force is not an option). It does not work. I go to Apple dev and Toggles the capability off and on and saves. This invalidates the profile. I press edit and save. So no real changes. Run my flow and the app is uploaded correctly WITH the correct capabilities. Runs the flow again without the manual steps and the entitlements will be missing once again. Repeats the toggle stuff and the subsequent behavior repeats itself. Same flow and same code and same settings, app and profile.... I am building automated flows so this does not really work for me.... Heeeelp...

Change Dev Account "Enrolled As" Status
I'm a developer that has only produced for a single company. Though my developer account shows me as the account holder, my "Enrolled as" status is "Organization," and the "Entity" field shows the name of that company. I want to build an app for a separate company/organization, but unsure how to proceed. My App Store Connect account shows the original company name beneath my name as the only option in the account ID selector menu, so when I begin the New App process it automatically assumes I'm doing it for that company. Can I change my "Enrolled as" status to something independent of any organization, do I need to create a completely separate account to do this, or how should I proceed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Developer / Apple ID randomly locked without any reason given
Friday we were preparing to publish our final build in TestFlight. Our developer informed me that the account holder had to agree to new terms and agreements. I am the sole user of this account, and tried to login (1 week ago I was still able to login). To my surprise I got the notification “account locked”, ”you need to reset your password”. I followed the required step: filling in the phone number on file (which is my phone number). After filling this in the page informed me that they’d get back to me in 1 day. On Saturday I received an email from no_reply@apple with the following “We have received the request for access to your account and we have denied access.” There was no further information in the email why this would be. I tried Apple support but they tell me they can not reactivate the account and I should apply for a new Apple ID. This sounds really strange as it would mean I would lose access to our currently published application forever? I also submitted request to Apple Developer Support, but it seems I can not call them myself, and I should await reply from their side. But in general I am just shocked how they can deny access to an account, which is even a paid one (Developer Program), and not help me out. I am able to supply all identification (passport). I have access to the email that we use to login. I have access to the mobile phone number that is connected for exactly this reason (two factor authentication). Anyone with similar experience and/or solutions?

Developer Program Enrollment Payment debited but no account yet
I recently made the enrollment for developer program and make the payment on Apple developer website. I saw the payment amount is debited from my account. But the developer program is not approved. When I contacted the developer support, they said Apple did not receive the money and you have to enroll again. So, I asked my Bank to make sure the payment is processed or not. The bank said it is already processed and they even sent me reference number and approval number. Even I sent the screenshot of those information, but the support guy keeps saying they did not receive it but without any helpful information to troubleshoot the issue at all. I am really amazed a company such as Apple has such terrible customer support. Now, I have to request payment dispute to my bank about it. If I do not get my money back, I will tag Apple CEO on x.com and post about it every day with a schedular script.

Response Time for Apple Developer Enterprise Program Registration
Our company has been trying to register for the Apple Developer Enterprise Program since September 15, 2024. However, it wasn’t until early November that we received an email requesting our business information. Following that, we contacted Apple’s team on November 15, 2024, to answer their interview questions. Now, more than a month has passed since that call, and we still have no idea about the status of our approval. When I check the account, it always shows 'Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is 8K8SXNKA89.' I’ve also emailed Apple Support but have not received any further response. How much longer will this process take? Apple’s handling of this is excessively slow and frustrating
