I need some help or advice regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I paid the enrollment fee 5 days ago, but my account has not yet been activated. Additionally, there’s no visible indication of the status or progress of my application.
I’ve reached out to Apple Support via email twice, but I haven’t received any response so far.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? If so, how long did it take to resolve? Is there any other way to get in touch with Apple Developer Support for a faster resolution?

The first time I registered a developer account for my organization, I used my gmail email address. When I submitted the app for review for the first time, the review team replied to me that because our app provides loan services, the developer account must use an email address in the same domain as the company. So I followed the guidance of the developer rules and transferred the holder of our developer account from my previous gmail to the current email address with the same domain as the company in Membership: ******@thiensuratleasing.com
Now the name of our organization is: THIENSURAT LEASING COMPANY LIMITED
Account Holder: ******@thiensuratleasing.com
But when I resubmitted for review, I still received a rejection for issue 3.2.1, as follows:

I am a developer and admin on App Store Connect, and I'm experiencing some issues with my account. Here’s a summary of the situation:
Account Email: [Redacted]
Team ID: [Redacted]
Upon visiting the resources page, I encountered a popup stating:
Unable to find a team with the given Team ID to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support.
When I sought assistance from a account holder, they attempted to log in using the account email but were unable to access it, despite entering the correct credentials multiple times. The login page prompted them to enter the email or phone number and password for the Apple account.
Currently, I admin can log into App Store Connect, but the account holder is unable to access their account.
We are facing difficulties because the Team ID appears to be disabled or unavailable in Xcode.
We still have an Individual Developer subscription, but we intend to upgrade to an Organization level.
I submitted a request for "Organization Membership" earlier this month.
After contacting Apple support helpline multiple times, we received inconsistent responses, including suggestions to create a new account or contact developer support via email.
Our main issues are:
The account holder is unable to log in.
The Team ID is not functioning.
If we cannot continue with the individual account, we are open to using a different email for the account holder, as he handle sensitive information such as verification and payments.
I have already submitted my request and am opening this thread in hopes of finding a speedy solution and guidance. I've seen multiple threads on this issue, but none have provided a resolution.
Any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated!

This is the Home Screen of the app. What are the ways to publish my app publicly. what changes should I make if they keep on asking these questions? I have an organisational signup and with the organization ID users can be registered. the transfers are loaded from DB, if the registered user has a transfer assigned, it will be shown in the Home Screen.they can accept or reject the transfer as required!

At this time, my Apple developer account disappeared in xcode-setting-account, and it automatically logged out. If I log in again and execute the shell command, the above phenomenon will reappear.

My first review for my application has been rejected stating Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed- We were unable to sign in with the following demo account credentials you provided in App Store Connect.
However, we were able to actively sign in and navigate through the entire application without any issues. How can I find out what is the exact problem the review team is facing and how do I fix it to ensure a smooth release?
Regarding ad-network registration
On our website, we run ads and promotional campaigns exclusively aimed at guiding users to download our app. We would like to use SKAdNetwork to track the effectiveness of these ads in driving app installs from our own website.
Following the documentation, we understand we need to "register your ad network",「Ad Network ID Request Form」(https://developer.apple.com/documentation/storekit/skadnetwork/registering_an_ad_network).
However, we encountered an issue in the registration process. The first question asks:
“Is your company an ad network?”
Since we are not an advertising company, selecting “NO” does not allow us to proceed, and we receive the message: “Please contact your ad network for more information about using AdAttributionKit.”
Our question is: if we are not an ad network, is it possible to register an ad network? Selecting "NO" does not allow us to proceed, so how should we handle this?
I recently created an account and attempted to pay the $99 USD fee for the Apple Developer Program. I was informed that it might take up to 48 hours for the payment to be processed. However, it has now been 6 days, and the payment has not been debited from my account, nor has the membership been activated.
I've double-checked my payment method, account details, and any possible notifications but haven't found any issues or updates regarding this delay. I also contacted Apple Support through email a few days ago but have not received any response so far.

Hello developers, I've tried purchasing a developer membership and I got an order confirmation saying that the order processing may take UP TO 48 hours.
Here I am 5 days later and it's still not processed, my card was not charged, and I get no responses from support.
Is this normal or am I being given the 3rd world treatment due to my country of origin?
I have a question and would appreciate any tips or ideas from anyone who’s faced a similar situation. For the app I'm working with, which provides game predictions for multiple sports, Apple has rejected it, citing that the app requires users to register or log in to access features that they don’t consider to be account-based. They mentioned they couldn’t find any account-based features in the app.
Currently, users can’t view any data without an account, as I believe the app’s information has intellectual value and should be protected, so users can only access those inforamtion, after creating an account. Has anyone had experience with this, or do you have suggestions on how best to address Apple’s concerns?
We are adding the guest account, but I'm not sure if that will be enough.
Notice that the whole business model for this app was created based on user accounts.

One of the apps my team is developing is using Keycloak for allowing users to authenticate inside the application. We are using Keycloak primarily to act as the backend identity provider and not forcing users to authenticate via social logins (Facebook, Google, etc.).
Under point 4.8 (at the time of posting) in the AppReview guidelines, would the app need to also offer another login service?

We have not found no email or phone or any way at all to get assitance for this from the developer side of apple.

This is what happened to me
I registered through the web interface - I passed verification through a phone call.
At the payment stage, after 3 attempts, I failed to make the payment without explanation for any reason, I filled out the form and waited 48 hours, but nothing happened
I contacted support - I was advised to change the type of registration to the mobile application in order to make a payment through Apple Pay, I gave my consent and waited
I went through re-registration (1 step only because I had to provide a photo of the physical person's documents) - after which I received a message that the application is being considered
3 months have passed since that moment - and my appeals to support do not solve anything, they stopped answering me, the last one was 10 days ago
Tell me how to act - because I have a planned release and I still can't register an account, and the support does not provide any clear explanation or template response - which shows that no one reads what I write, and as a result of complete ignoring for 10 days, I am already waiting for a response and nothing
We have two different accounts with the same name but two different team IDs. Will this cause any impact, and do we need to take any action from our side as we have received email from Apple saying that

I recently shared a post to Reddit r/iCloud "Apple Alias Converted to Primary Apple Account" about an experience I had with changing my primary iCloud address to my alias after a name change.
All the outlets have picked up on this story which may be misleading.
I was under the impression this may be a bug, and now everyone's replicating this process without precaution.
My question to the amazing Apple Developers and potentially Apple as well:
Is the ability to change your Primary Apple Account to an Apple Alias (permanently) a known, previously discussed, upcoming feature?
All Apple docs & support state otherwise.
Really just seeking confirmation and I greatly appreciate expert input.
Also happy to change Tags based on feedback (if possible).
