Dear Apple developer team, we use ibeacon to wake up and activate the app for Bluetooth connection in app development, but there are some problems, the problems are as follows:
1, called CLLocationManager startRangingBeaconsInRegion and startMonitoringForRegion, open after iBeacon area detection and ranging. After completely leave iBeacon radio range, locationManager: didExitRegion: callback is not timely. When the screen is on, wait 1 minute for the callback. When the phone is in the state of the screen, it needs to wait for more than 3 minutes, and occasionally wait for more than 10 minutes without callback;
2. Can the success rate of ibeacon approach 100%? How to improve the success rate of ibeacon live wake app?
3. Using ibeacon technology, in what scenarios will the app be pulled alive to wake up during user use?
4. How long can the app process its business after it is woken up?
5. Can ibeacon technology and Bluetooth saving and recovery mechanism be used to greatly improve the probability of activating the app for Bluetooth connection, and can cover various use scenarios of users' lives to awaken the activating app?

1/ Refund Process:
When a customer cancels an order, when will Apple process the refund for the developer? How long does it typically take for developers to receive the refunded amount?
2/Developer Commission:
How does the commission for developers work in the event of a refund? Does Apple adjust the commission or deduct any percentage in case of a refund?
3/Refund Notifications:
Is there a notification system that alerts developers when a customer cancels an order and a refund is processed?
4/Revenue Payout:
How long does it take developers to receive the revenue from purchases, and is there a specific payout schedule for this?
5/Commission Percentage for Small Earnings:
If the developer's total earnings are under 1 million VND, what is the commission rate that applies?

Hi Everyone,
I have signed up and paid (it has come off my Credit Card) for Apple Developer last Thursday and my account has been stuck on:
"Purchase your membership.
To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now
Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process."
I have emailed them and have not received a reply. I want to give them a call but they are also not available for calls either.
I have looked to see if the reason they are being slow is because of the Christmas/New Year period but couldn't find any information.
What can I do?

How do I renew my developer account? The desktop app called Developer just crashes and the website says: "Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, ...". I can't find a Renew link or a renew button to click on. Do you know where it is? Cheers
My app has been "In Progress" for over a day. It's release date and these absurd behaviours are happening. Hasn't Apple been able to fix this? We're approaching 2025 with issues that have been happening since 2023. Are these guys serious or they just ignore these issues?

Our corporation has been developing mobile applications on the iOS platform since 2017 and has purchased several development accounts, including these two accounts: (developer) and (Enterprise Developer). However, both accounts are experiencing issues and cannot log in to developer.apple.com to continue development. Upon investigation, our accounts may have been flagged for violating certain Apple terms, however, we did not receive any notification via email. Hi I'm trying to setup external users to test my app. When I get to the screen attached its not letting me complete the setup because it says I have to only use numbers for the phone number. I have only used numbers, I've ensure I've done so but its not recognizing this. Has anyone else had this issue? Could you make suggestions as to how to fix the problem?

I am helping my company to renew the Enterprise Account, this exercise had been running smoothly in previous year. However, we did submit the application almost 1 month in advance, however, no reply or status update received yet. We had raised several tickets in support but helpless, our account is going to expired on 29-Dec-2024, anyone can share what should we do?
Last week we received this e-mail from Apple, without any information about reasons. Our infrastructure builds on Apple infrastructure and contains more than 1000 iOS devices. We have paid enterprise account until April 2025. Why Apple cancelled our membership?
