I am new to iOS/Apple development, and not much familiar with Apple Ecosystem around development.
I am facing an issue where my client want to deploy his application on Apple Store, me and my client are in separate countries. I am not sure should I, or can I use my Mac to register an Apple ID for him, and then enroll him in enterprise developer program? As a contractor what is the right way to go about enrolling my client or the client should do it himself?

Apple is not responding to the business account approval. I submitted a payment request for my business account, but it has been 12 days, and Apple has not provided any feedback or resolution. Numerous emails and payment requests have been sent. I have also tried reaching out to customer support and directly calling the programming development team. However, they abruptly ended the call while we were in conversation yesterday morning, and as of the 12th day, they still have not responded to me.
I am genuinely concerned at this point; it seems to be taking too long to process a business account. Moreover, I feel that Apple is very indifferent to its customers.
Hi, this is very urgent. ive purchased the apple developer program a few days ago from the developer app, and it all went smoothly, and the money is gone from the bank. I've also received the invoice and agreements in the email. but now, it says in the app that account enrollment couldn't be made from the app for this Apple ID. also when signing from the web it says that I need to complete the purchase and leads me to buy it again. please respond fast thank you, the money is already paid.
Hello, I found on the forum a lot of people who has the issue of making enrollment of their developer account, I have the same issue I can't enroll using my MacBook Pro : Enrollment through the apple developer app is not available for this Apple ID .. so when I used safari to complete enrollment I have submitted all my personal informations and also credit card informations and initiated the order, no money transaction executed from my bank account using my credit card and also I got an email says I will be notified when my order and items are ready .. when o go back to apple developer portal I see Pending state and a message ask me to complete purchase ( like I make new purchase using my credit card ) I don't understand why apple it is so complex to have only the apple developer account subscription and I don't understand why I can't use my MacBook Pro and I don't understand why in apple developer portal I see a message ask me to make purchase knowing that I have already initiated using my credit card purchase .. why it is so complicated
I've been waiting since December for my payment to the Apple Developer Program to be processed by Apple. I have not received any assistance from Apple, only excuses why their support is so slow and that I should try paying using the Apple Developer App.
I think I finally figured out why Apple is not processing the payment, it is because the payment is being initiated via Credit Card from a Windows PC. I luckily have a friend who has an iPhone so I will attempt to make payment using an iPhone, installing the Apple Developer App and adding my credit card as a payment option.
If this succeeds I will let you all know.

what should i do?
Today, we logged into our developer account and noticed that only two of our apps were showing up in the "Apps" tab.
The other apps are still accessible through the User and Access tab as an option on user view rights, but their logos are missing.

I had a personal app store console account in back 2019 and the membership was expired after 12 months and now I have a registered business in India and want to publish our mobile app on iOS store for our users.
So, should I renew the old membership and can I change the developer name to business name as I don't want to show my personal name with the apps. Is it possible?

I enrolled and payed for Apple developer program on 16 Jan, today is 25 Jan and I still haven't heard from apple, I also tried to reach out using "contact us" section and I opened a support case, they claimed they will response within two business days but that didn't happen...
It is also worth mentioning that I received an order acknowledgment email on the same day that I payed.
How long should I need wait for apple developer enrollment program?
It has been more than two weeks since I submitted the enrollment.
I have just enrolled with Apple Developer Program as an Individual. After purchase and payment steps are done I can login to developer.apple.com and I can see in the "Membership detail" it confirms my details.
Team ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Program: Apple Developer Program
Enrolled as: Individual
However when I try to login to appstoreconnect.apple.com/login it constantly fails with this error message
"To access App Store Connect, you must be an individual or team member in the Apple Developer Program, or invited by an individual to access their content in App Store Connect. I have Developer program on my account and my account enrolled as Organization."
In XCode, I logged in with same Apple ID, in account settings section. I see this details:

After a while, Apple support still didn’t give an answer.
Applied for Apple Developer Account 6 days ago. Received the order acknowledgment email from Apple saying: "Thank you for your order. Here is a summary of your order request, which will be processed within 2 business days. We will notify you when your items are ready". It is been more than 48 hours now, neither I have heard from them nor my Debit Card is charged with the amount of 99$. Can anyone help me understand what is going on? our customer have an Enterprise Developer Program
The customer want to delegate us to develop, manage and deploy our custom app by adding a new Admin user on their account.
The question is: should we provide the our account owner's appleid, or we can provide another appleid (which is also configured as an admin on our account)?
