Payment Delays with no response

Hi, Anyone here dealt with delayed payment on Apple side based on "we are reviewing your account as there were some irregular activities"

We have reached to Apple Finance team via 'itspayment' email but unable to get any response over past 10 days other than one seemingly automated - "thanks for your patience - continue monitoring"

Holding up entire revenue of a month is catastrophic for small business like us. This had delayed payroll and vendors payment and we have NO WAY TO CALL or CONNECT with anyone on the apple side.

Curious to know if and what any one has done in this situation? And what is a timeline that you experienced?

The lack of transparency and the treatments Apple Finance team has given developer partners is shameful.
