Apple developer enrollment - stuck, no progress for weeks
I have enrolled and paid, in the response mail it was suggested it will take 2 business days. it was on 25 March 2024 - I was not sure it was accepted, so I paid again on 30 March, I also opened few emails to support requesting to let me know about the status of the request. no response so far from Apple, What can I do? how can I know if someone is processing my request to enroll to apple developer? how much more time it will take? will I will get an answer? MacOS Reset Passcode not working- Urgent
I have tried to deploy passwordpolicy script using pwpolicy pwpolicy -n /Local/Default -setglobalpolicy "usingHistory=5 canModifyPasswordforSelf=1 maxMinutesUntilChangePassword=129600 requiresAlpha=1 requiresNumeric=1 minChars=8 passwordCannotBeName=1 requiresMixedCase=1 requiresSymbol=1" sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow PasswordExpirationDays 14 errcode=$? if [ "$errcode" -ne 0 ]; then echo "" echo "Failed to apply with errorcode $errcode" 1>&2 echo "" exit 1 fi echo "Password Policy applied successfully" 1>&2 After deploying, on next login, It prompted for login, On entering password, It shows wrong password. When I tried to reset the password, It is not accepting the password. Instead It prompts again and again. Like this , I have got 300 mac machines struck in login page. I tried to run these two commands via a app running in root pwpolicy -u "$user" -clearaccountpolicies pwpolicy -clearaccountpolicies After Running this, I can able to loggin for first time. When tried to login second or successive times, It is failing with wrong password or sometimes no error instead of a jumping prompt in password page. When tried to change password after a login after clearpolicy command, It is not accepting the admin's password (Which was used to login the current session). Please help on this issue. As it does have a serious impact.

Problems transferring the account holder role
I would like to transfer the account holder to myself and have already proceeded as described here: https://developer.apple.com/help/account/manage-your-team/transfer-the-account-holder-role/ I have verified my identity. However, on the website I only have the option of rejecting the request or reading more information. Does anyone know the problem or how I can solve it?

Enrollment Program issues
Hi, I am trying to enroll in the Developer Program with my startup email account. However I keep getting the same message over and over: Your enrollment could not be completed. I have enabled 2 factor authentication Tried from the web Tried directly from the Apple Developer App (button shows disabled) Also, Phone Support is currently unavailable. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Developer account pending
After 5 days my individual developer account is still pending. I understand there could be delays if I'm outside of the country, but I'm not. I've sent emails and have received no response - there doesn't appear to be a number I could call. The only thing that wasn't delayed, was Apple taking the $99 immediately from my account.

Apple developer account "enrollment is being processed", the status says. No action from Apple.
Hi, I'm from India. My apple developer account enrollment is being processed for the last 3 weeks. I received an email from Apple about 7 days ago saying, 'We'd like to continue your enrollment, but we still need the documentation we requested last week in an email titled “Request for Enrollment Documents”.' But I didn't receive any emails from them requesting documents. Furthermore, the money has not been debited from my card. I've been contacting Apple support every 2-3 days but I got no response from them. Whats should I do next?

Possible for one developer account for multiple organizations? What happens to my account when I leave an organization?
I am working on app development projects for 3 different companies now, in addition to my own hobby endeavors. Is my only option to have a separate account for each company? Or is it possible for my single developer account to be associated with multiple companies? Right now this particular account is under an organization I am going to be leaving soon. Does this mean I lose my developer account and have to create a whole new one all over again, losing all my past dev history, etc.? Thanks!

Program Purchase
Hi, Has anyone else been having a terrible experience with Apple Developer account enrollment? I have sent numerous tickets to Apple and there hasn't been a response since weeks and I'm unable to make payment. Does anyone have any idea how I can get in touch with someone who can actually help me? I've tried everything, this forum is my last resort. Thanks!

Transitioning Apple Account for macOS Application Signing
Hi team, we have an application for macOS, and previously, all binaries and installers were signed using one Apple account. However, we've transitioned to signing all binaries and installers with a different account. Note: Our application is not available on the App Store; we distribute it at an enterprise level to our customers. My question is: Can we expect app updates to function smoothly, or are there potential issues we should be aware of?

Transition from an Enterprise account to a Standard Developer account for companies
Hello, as a company, we had an Apple Developer Enterprise account for many years. Last year, Apple denied us an extension on the grounds that we had less than 100 employees. They advised us to open a new Standard Developer account because it is not possible to transfer an account from Enterprise to Standard. I created a new standard account that I want to convert to a business one (so that the name of the company is visible, not a specific person). I contacted support to request a change and was denied because "our company already has a developer account", which is the origininal Enterprise one we can no longer use. Furthermore, the communication with the support is miserable. They keep telling me they don't know why would we want a new Business account when we already have an account. I wrote them, they didn't allow us to extend it and they advised us to start a completely new one and at that moment they stopped communicating completely. I have repeated this several time, the result is always the same. Can anyone advise me what to do next, who to contact?

> 1 Month with Apple Support, Unable to Enroll into Dev Program
Hey Guys,I don't know if this is the right thread to post as I couldn't find a dev specific one, if not Mods please remove it. But to give you some context, I had initially tried to enroll in the program years ago when I was under 18 but it seemed to have blocked me and I didn't realize. I then turned to my parents to use their accounts to publish and manage the apps I made for the longest time. I am now over 21 now and am setting up my own LLC and wanted to use my account so that I don't need my parents to help me sign in every time. I however got an error that saying that I wasn't able to enroll and everytime I called support, they would tell me that they were not able to verify me and that they couldn't help me further and they Hung Up On Me. I got In touch with one advisor who was nice enough to listen and let me explain my self and she said that an 'Internal Team' would have to look into this to let me enroll, I sent her my ID and my parent's account that I used to publish apps but it has been over a month now and I all I get in response is that she does not have any update and will be unable to provide any timeline or updates until she gets any. I have zero clue on how to proceed with this as I'm left in the dark and nobody in apple seems to want to help me.

Haven't heard back from Apple support all week, need to update account info
I have a new developer account registered as an org and I noticed after registering that the address of the LLC is incomplete (it's missing the suite #). I've been trying to get in touch with Apple developer support for over a week now via phone callback request and email and haven't heard back. Can someone from Apple reach out if they're reading this, it should be a quick info update. Thanks.

Developer License
As a new developer I apologise if this is simple. But I did call Support and they pointed me in this direction. I have an app in development that is not ready to put in the App store. I am yet to purchase a license and have been testing my app on my own devices with the 7 day expiry. I have someone prepared to test my app who is some distance from me. If I purchase a license will the app last longer than 7 days on both my and their device or will it still disappear every seven days. thanks
