Hey guys, my application has the following error:
Issue Description
The app exhibited one or more bugs that would negatively impact App Store users.
Bug description: the "Entrar" button in the login screen was unresponsive.
Review device details:
Device type: iPad Air (5th generation)
OS version: iOS 18.1.1
The problem is that the test is already done on the emulator and I cannot reproduce this error in any way. I've tried everything. Is there any way to restrict access to the iPad? Could anyone help me please?
Hello. I have an app published on the AppStore. I am developing the app with .NET MAUI. Last week, some app users reported crashes on the splash screen and mentioned that they could never open the app. There is no common feature among the users experiencing crashes. They have different device models and different operating system versions. I have never been able to replicate this issue on about 10 devices around me.
There are screen records of the crash. However, there are no logs of these crashes in either the crash reports on Xcode or the Crashes section on App Store Connect.
I included one of the users experiencing the crash in External Testing on TestFlight. I removed the OneSignal SDK, which I suspected to be the source of the crash, from the project and created a new version. The user installed this version, but the crashes continued. Now, in the Testers section of the External Testing group, I see that the user has started 2 sessions and experienced 2 crashes. However, there is still no log in the Feedback > Crashes section.
I don't know what more I can do without any logs. I could try using external services like Raygun to obtain logs, but since the app crashes before it even opens, I'm not sure if that would work either. Do you have any other suggestions?
Hello,
I recently switched my app from flutter which was using sqlite3 database. I would like to migrate my existing users to SwiftData.
The issue is I do not know where to start in finding the database for the current users, reading the data and inserting into the SwiftData schema.
I tried searching but not clear on how to proceed. Any help pointing in the right direction would be great. Thanks.

I've been getting rejected for several weeks, but I'll try to solve the problem through search or kindly provide guidance.
The problem of claiming that the splash screen is frozen is frustrating because it cannot be reproduced.
I also took a video and delivered it, and I'm really trying my best, but I don't know how.
If you are developing in Flutter and receive feedback that it is stuck on the splash screen, can you get help on how to resolve it?
What I found out through searching is to build it in the shell as follows:
sudo rm -rf $HOME/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/* && cd ~/Projects/myproject && flutter clean && flutter pub get && cd ios && rm -rf Podfile.lock Pods && pod install && cd .. && flutter build ios --release
and xcode -> archive -> apple upload.
Even if I upload like this, there is a splash problem sometimes and I don't know what to do.
I am unable to access my IOS account for a bit now i cant reset the password too and it says my account is locked. Does anyone have this issue and how did you resolve it
Hi, I’m developing my own Pcie Ethernet driverkit. My Pcie Ethernet card connect on Razor Core X and connect to MacBook via thunderbolt 3.
The Problem:
Click Driver application and send activate system extension request, then go to System setting -> Privacy & Security, in Extension section ->click “allow” , the peripherals malfunction immediately after "allow" clicked and type in the password.I can't control all peripherals devices like touchpad, keyboard and all of thunderbolt ports. However, it can regain functionality after plugging and unplugging the device.
results I expected:
User approve Driver Extensions enable and all peripherals work normally and Ethernet Card works.
Has anyone encountered this problem? maybe something wrong in "OSSystemExtensionRequestDelegate" but I have no idea how to fix it
Please Help.
My Xcode version is Version 15.3 (15E204a).
Thanks
Has anyone been in the same situation? Can someone let me know where I should go to look for support? I'm desperate :(
This has put us into a very harsh situation. We don't know whether we should continue waiting for it or we should just give up. We were eager to launch the service, then all of a sudden, our enrollment was revoked. The app was there in App Store, but no bugs could be fixed as the update was no longer an option. 3 months, 1 project we truly put our heart into, and multiple people worried about their job positions. We have sent dozens of emails, tried to connect probably 100 hundred times (they never worked but for some reason, if I call from my own account, it always works).
My app is an alarm app, but if I deny the alarm permission, it goes to the settings page. Will this be a problem?
Apple's review process has been rejecting things that previously had no problems in various cases, and it's a bit embarrassing and makes it difficult for me.
Multiple times a day, every time I open a new window for forums.developer.apple.com, if I'm signed in, it asks me if I want to opt in to notifications. Even if I click on the opt in button. I've just reproduced it five times in a row here.
What is going on?
Hello all,
I recently submitted my app to the App Store, but it was rejected due to the "design spam" guideline, stating that it duplicates content and functionality in the saturated astrology category.
My app primarily focuses on astrology but includes a unique AI-powered feature that I believe differentiates it from others in the category. Specifically, it leverages AI to provide highly personalized insights and interactive features that go beyond typical horoscope apps. Also it has a social media side that let people communicate and discuss about astrology.
How can I better communicate my app’s unique value to the App Review team?
Are there specific design or content tweaks that could help it stand out more clearly?
Has anyone successfully appealed a similar rejection? If so, what approach worked for you?
It's been more than 4 days since I create my developer's account and payments been successful but I still haven't recieved any instigation on the enrolment completion. How long does it usually take?
Hi,
I have built an app for my company where we are providing users to purchase our food bars via the app and then what they purchase , we will deliver to people in conflict effected or disaster effected areas. The purchase is done via stripe and apple pay.
The food bars are made of Spirulina and is full of energy and protein. Currently this is available via our web platform.
My app was rejected as my company is not a recognized non profit. I would like to know how I can get my app approved.
The only viable option given for me via app review was to take my payment screen to a web platform as donations.
However I would like to know if the issue is that the app is making users believe they are donating, by me changing the wordings, images , and structure of the app to ensure users know that they are purchasing the food bars and we are only delivering, will is help is app being approved by app store review.
Hello, I am a solo developer creating a scheduling app.
As shown in the attached image, my app displays a red warning message when the user is offline, advising them to go online to log in. However, Apple has rejected my app because the buttons in this state are unresponsive.
Is there something I might have missed?
If anyone knows the solution, I would greatly appreciate your response.
When the button is pressed while offline, I tried displaying a toast message, but the app was still rejected. At this point, I’m feeling hopeless and unsure of what to do next.
Hi everyone,
I’m preparing responses for the Apple App Store review process and want to ensure I address their questions effectively to avoid rejection. I’ve tried booking a 1-on-1 consultation with Apple, but it looks like they’re fully booked for the rest of the year. Reply to thread and we can set up a zoom
If you have experience navigating this process and would be willing to help, please reach out to me and we can set up a quick Zoom to discuss. I’d greatly appreciate your insights!
Thank you!
I have an app called WikiSleep. It is a free sleep app with a basic subscription base that activates after a free trial.
Some users who have been given promo codes are able to use the app in full, even after the promo has expired. This one, for example ended months ago but the app is wide open for him. Any ideas on why that might be happening?
.
I was an android developer earlier, I published my app 2 years ago and I am earning well. I spent 3 months of my life on learning iOS app development using flutter. Bought a new 16 inch MacBook was all super excited but today Apple said that I can't publish my app because they can't verify my identity. I told them I can provide all my legal IDs but they refused.
Is there anyone here who can help please.
Hello, I have a problem, I need to receive a letter to a hidden email, this is a very long story, so I will tell you if it is really necessary, but that is not the point: how to find a letter sent to PrivateRelay. appleid.com/
Hi there,
I’m working on an iOS app that manages active calls without using CallKit. Currently, I’ve configured the Power button (sleep/wake button) to only disable the screen. When the screen is later reactivated, the call remains active.
What I want to achieve is the following:
The first press of the Power button should not turn off the screen, but instead end the active call.
The second press of the Power button should lock the screen as usual, and the function to end the call should be ignored.
Does anyone have an idea how I can implement this behavior? Is there a way to "override" or change the functionality of the Power button so that it ends the call on the first press and only locks the screen on the second press?
I’m not using CallKit in the app.
Regards
