Hello all!
We have applied for a DUNS number through the Apple website. However, we were not approved for a DUNS number due to insufficient information provided: my number seems to be incorrect and/or email address is not directly related to my business.
My questions are how long until I have to reapply as the website suggests I already applied and can take up to 5 business days to get a response, and my other question is who can I respond to if the email stating my DUNS was denied but can not respond?

I'm trying to login to Apple Developer page (https://developer.apple.com)and the page displays "We'll back soon" message. I have this issues more than 3 weeks. It's frustrating becuase the people of support don't give any explanation or solution regarding this error.

Hi,
I'm trying to enrol the Apple Developer Program. When I was brought to the Compliance Screening page, I selected to upload my passport and pressed the Submit button, but it still took me to the same page, I couldn't move forward.
I tried a lot of times, with different browsers, but the problem was still there.

Hello all,
I have a dev account that has an app still available on App Store. I never used this account anywhere else except Xcode to sign and submit app. But now my account was deactivated for no reason. I tried to call Apple Care but they said they cannot reactivate it and it may be a permanent decision. I still don't know why because they either didn't know the reason.
Now i need to update my app but I couldn't do without that account. Can anybody help me out if there is a way to update it with a different account?
I am highly appreciated if anyone can help me out as now I am so worried I would lose access to my app forever.

I recently submitted a request to transfer my developer account over from individual to organization, but I don't see a place where I can check the status of this change. Is there a place where I can se a confirmation that this request is being processed? Also, how long should I expect to be waiting? Thanks.
Hello all, my company has experienced an unusual issue with Apple Store Connect. We have a different account than the one I'm posting on here that already has been in existence for some time and has one app active in the App Store.
Four days ago the company's developer got blocked from the account for inserting the 2FA code too many times.
Since that point in time when I go to try and login to the same account (I have access to the email, password, phone number and devices associated to the account) I too get the same error message. The developer is based in Canada and I'm temporarily in Tunisia. (I'm a Canadian citizen and bought my devices in Canada)
When we go to reset the password it won't send a verification code to the phone because it says that codes have been attempted too many times.
When I go and get a code from the iPhone associated to the account the codes provided on the iPhone don't work. This may be because the iPhone is associated to a different personal email. (that also uses iCloud—so the phone number is associated to more than one Apple service)
When we go to try and contact customer support at App Store Connect it requires us to login to the account to be able to contact support. (But logging in is the issue)
Does anyone know what we can do at this point?

Hello,
I have created multiple accounts and tried to purchase the developer program without any success. I have contacted my bank every time and they ensured me that my cards are all working and that they never received a merchant request from Apple.
This issue has been going on for more than 3 months and the Apple support team keeps telling me that there is an issue with my payment methods and don't provide any other suggestions. Whenever I open a new ticket I have to wait 2 weeks just to hear again that apparently none of my payment methods are working although they work for everything else.
Did anybody else have a similar experience and have any suggestions on what I can do?

Hello i will in the Apple Developer Program but i become the Error "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." What is this? I will restart the Enroll but Apple Support says i can not this but why?
I am currently facing the conversion of my Apple account from solo to an organization. However, I do not have any organizational affiliation, and this has become a challenge for me.
I am reaching out to seek guidance or advice on how to navigate this situation. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
I've pulled the project from Git. Someone else was working on it and it works perfectly fine for them, they can edit all the files. On mine I can only edit what I have added, the files which were already there I can edit, but their changes and additions do not show on the xcode directory on the left side. If i go to finder and click on the project folder there I can see their changes on there..
I tried clicking the lock icon on the preview screen and it says this:
“file.swift” is currently locked because it is a remote resource.
and when clicking Unlock
The file is a remote resource. Try making a local copy.
Literally have no idea what to do now. I tried copying their files and making new files and folders like how they made on their branch but it says its already existing even though it is not showing on my swift directory!

My apple developer account has expired. I want to renew but I cannot see the renewal button. My membership appears in the Apple developer application, but there is no renewal option. How do I renew?

I don’t even know if this is a help post or just a cry from my soul.
I'll start from the very beginning. My firm is developing software for small and medium businesses. For us developers, there is nothing unusual about this. If the client's store, we transfer it beautifully and without problems to the mobile application.
We have been releasing apps since 2019. And everything was fine, even excellent, until August 2022.
In August, after submitting the application for review, I, as the account developer, received a notice that clause 3.2f was violated and that my account would be closed.
It is clear that I immediately filed an appeal, but the Apple inspectors said that they would not change their minds. To say that I was shocked = to say nothing.
Since then, I have filed 6 appeals, created other accounts (tried), so that our clients are calm that we are fulfilling our obligations.
no response to appeals (no calls, no letters)
Does anyone know how else to contact support? Because I have no more ideas, honestly - I'm broken.

I am not able to load my Apple Developer account details in Xcode in my new MacBook. After going to preferences in Xcode and signing in with Apple ID, after few seconds, it prompts the following error “Unexpected nil property at path: 'Actor/relationships/providerid’”. How can I fix this.
I'm Chinese and I get that develpers in China must have their legal Chinese names submitted as a required step during registration. But why the hell is my Chinese name displayed in a non-Chinese market as my developer name? Please at leave give us an option to display English names on global markets. (In case you don't know, Chinese names can be translated to English via pinyin, it's a 1-to-1 mapping. Any Chinese names have their corresponding English names via pinyin)
I also called Apple today, they said that it's due to regulations. Again, I get that. But displaying Chinese as developer names in non-Chinese markets just dont make any sense.
To join the Universal App Quick Start Program, you must be the Account Holder for the Apple Developer Account. Can the Account Holder then bestow access to Quick Start Program resources/private forums to other members of the organization? We have many people who can make use of this information, none of whom have access to the Account Holder account.
