Hello,
I have created multiple accounts and tried to purchase the developer program without any success. I have contacted my bank every time and they ensured me that my cards are all working and that they never received a merchant request from Apple.
This issue has been going on for more than 3 months and the Apple support team keeps telling me that there is an issue with my payment methods and don't provide any other suggestions. Whenever I open a new ticket I have to wait 2 weeks just to hear again that apparently none of my payment methods are working although they work for everything else.
Did anybody else have a similar experience and have any suggestions on what I can do?
