I am developing an App (Fitness App) where it has auto renewable subscription model. As I was finding it difficult to implement it the way I wanted, I created another way to do so.
I was earlier planning to have multiple setup screen, where they ask your height, weight, age etc and makes a fitness plan for you and then takes you to paywall screen and user needs to pay in order to access the content. But as I was clueless to do so, I made an Initial view controller where the button which takes you to the setup is visible while the button which takes you to the actual app is hidden. The configuration of the button which takes you to the actual app changes as soon as it receives the payment receipt and it mostly remains hidden to the user until the user buys subscription.
Now the problem is that the actual app is Tab ViewController based app and the initial ViewController is a page (which I talked earlier about) with good graphics and on which there is a button to enter the actual contents of the app. As I enter the main contents, Tab View Controller is shown in a "Show way" similarly when like if a button is used to connect to another ViewController It shows another view in a popped up type of screen which can be closed by swiping down. Is this interface good for app submission? Will my app get rejected on this basis? The UI is fluid, crisp and everything is good and. simplified looking according to HIG but I had doubts about this part. Even Apple uses this kind of concept of Tabs being viewed in popped up screens especially on the ratings and reviews page of an app on the App Store. I'm attaching picture of my project down below.
I request you to please help me as this is my first app and I'm a new developer.

I have an app running on App Store but I want to remove that app from the App Store and upload the same app with new name, UI, more features and better codes. Is it possible?
I have rebuilt the app (with newer bundle id), more features, better UI and instead of stating it as an update of the existing app, I want to publish this newer app as a brand new one and give it a fresh start with newer rating and reviews. Will Apple approve this new app or will it reject stating that I had uploaded a similar app (which had very low features and functionality) before although the previous one would then de listed if Apple approves my newer app.
PS. One main reason for doing this is because my existing app has a lot of 1 rating reviews which requested many features and now that I have added them, but due to bad rating, the rate of downloads has decreased exponentially. So I see no point of pushing the existing app more.
I am developing an app with monthly auto renewable subscription model. I want the IAP screen to appear after the 5 onboarding slides and the IAP screen will be there until the purchase is made in order to use the app. The IAP screen will go away after the purchase is made and then user can use all the contents of the app. Will such a concept be rejected by the reviewing team? There are 1000s of apps with this concept and they are not rejected and in fact doing well on App Store.
I’m developing an app where I need to stream around 15 videos of 5-6 minutes each. These videos will be uploaded on Google Firebase and will be streamed via link on my app. The app will have more functionality than these videos but these videos will be the USP of my app. The videos are wholly owned, recorded and edited by me and no one else. Will sharing links result in app rejection? Especially if they’re uploaded on “Google” firebase. And if not, how do I prove to apple that those videos are my property.
