In-App Subscription - How do we get paid?
Hey Everyone, I have an app running in-app subscriptions through RevenueCat. I am getting paid by Google regularly, but Apple is sitting on our money. I can see about 4 invoices since October last year (When the app went live). Am I meant to download those and send them back to Apple? Could this be why we aren't getting paid, and why isn't Apple just sending the money through, given we have setup banking and agreements correctly? Michael

App Rejection Issue: EULA
Hi All, I have been bouncing back and forth with Appstore connect reviewers all week and have jumped through all of their hoops to get the app I am publishing up to the standards required by Apple. The latest problem I get is this: – A functional link to the Terms of Use (EULA) Next Steps To resolve this issue, please add this missing information. If the above information is present, please reply to this message in App Store Connect to provide details on where to locate it. If you are using the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA), you will need to include a link to the Terms of Use in your App Description. If you are using a custom EULA, add it in App Store Connect. This relates directly to the end-user license agreement whereby we (and I'm sure lots do) use the default Apple EULA. I sent the above attachment only about 15 minutes after receiving hte rejection notice and have waited nearly 8 hours for the app to be reviewed. I have asked for a call-back but nothing. I also advised them there is a link to the relevant privacy policy and terms of use within the app and the privacy policy URL has been provided in App Details, in App Store Connect. I appreciate Cupertino is 15 hours behind where I am, but I am just trying to get my head around how the process is meant to work. Another app I had in review at the same time, had a screenshot that displayed a test ad banner. Fair enough that was rejected, but rectified within 5 minutes of the rejection notice and we are waiting for the review process. Sorry for venting here, but after several days of the to and fro, my patience has worn thin. I am trying to understand the review process and need to know if I have done something wrong, and how best to fix it. Michal C.

Are Apple Support real people?
I know it seems like a weird question, but for the past week, I've needed support for a critical issue with my account. After a few days, I got an email from "Tim"?! Problem is, the answers I got seemed to be canned answers. What I mean is, when I asked more specific questions or shared screenshots and asked for a callback, the answers I got back were just generic answers. Maybe it's just me expecting more from Apple, but for a support service, this one lacks the knowledge to even any level of care to get the problem resolved.

App Record Creation Error
Hi, I have an app that has been live in the app store for a few years and have just finished another build. When I archived the app, I get this error: "App record creation failed due to request containing an attribute already in use. The App Name you entered is already being used. If you have trademark rights to this name and would like it released for your use, submit a claim." Sort of confusing as no one else works on this app and I have full control over it. I have used the same dev machine for the last 2 years as well... I also noticed that previous builds were not present in the archive list com.michael.cockinos.wasma Would love some help to point me in the right direction.

Use alternate bundle id in AppStoreConnect
Hi Everyone, for age I've used a bundle identifier like com.lastname.firstname.projectname. I recently tried to ad an app with bundle identifier com.ris.<projectname> and the system rejected it stating the bundle identifier was not valid. I reverted to the old syntax and created the id with no issue. Can anyone shed some light into why I could not use com.ris.<projectname>? Thanks in advance Michael Cockinos
