App “In Review” for nearly 48 hours

I have many apps and my lastet one has been “ In review” now for 48 hours. It has been a while since we launched a brand new app, most change status in a few hours. we have a big event related to this app, and I already wrote to them. is this a new norm?

Schools only without selling on the app store

We have an app that is free + in-app purchases. However, schools can't buy in-app purchases on their system. We would like to sell to schools on one time purchase but we don't want that app to appear in the App Store for regular ( non school ) purchases. How do we go about making this happen? Is this possible?

Consumable resets when deleting the app

Hi all, I am working on an app that has a consumable in-app purchase option. We would like to offer 3 of those consumable items free. How do I go about making sure the user is not deleting the app to get 3 more free?
