Schools only without selling on the app store

We have an app that is free + in-app purchases. However, schools can't buy in-app purchases on their system. We would like to sell to schools on one time purchase but we don't want that app to appear in the App Store for regular ( non school ) purchases. How do we go about making this happen? Is this possible?

Apple does not provide a distribution method that fits your scheme.

To sell via the store, but not to the public, requires that the buyer be a business. This means that schools can't participate.
