I have purchased $99 developer account program 10 days back and still its in pending status. How much time does it normally takes to get activated? & How long do i have to wait for getting it done? I am from outside of US. If anyone knows the solution please help!!
My developer account pending for more that 48 hours. When I login to http://developer.apple.com, it show the following message:Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.I have already paid the membership fee and got the E-invoice from apple.Could anyone help to solve this problem? Thanks.
So I've been trying for almost two months to enroll in the developer program and have opened support tickets but have gotten nowhere. The first time I tried, my payment went through but was then reversed by Apple and taken back and my enrollment didn't go through. I called support and they said to try a different card, so I did. The same thing happened where it went through and then Apple took it back a few days later (I called both banks and they confirmed that the reversal was initiated by Apple). All attempts since then (including with a third card) will result in being redirected to a page with "Your payment authorization failed on card •••****. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method."Information is multiple times checked, and includes the card saved on the Apple ID which had gone through the first time, and I bought a small app in the app store to confirm that card was still working with Apple (it was). The only thing I haven't been able to do is enroll in the development program. When I call support they tell me to try the same things I've already tried multiple times and also say they aren't aware of any problems like this and say they haven't had any problems with developer enrollment payment processing. Has anyone else experienced this and been prevented from enrolling? Anyone know a way to get through and enroll?
We dont have any paid apps we only push a free app in the app-store.
a few times a year Apple then comes out with 'new agreements' and then it stops my developers from being able to push versions until we have 'accepted the new agreements' - and that can only be by a certain user that has to go in and click 'yes' on something that we never read anyways right.
And nomatter what it keeps having this Paid Apps that i need to do something on - and then its pending and then .... who knows.
It is super annoying as i dont carry iphone and i dont use macbooks and my 2 factor verification unit ( which has to be apple ofcourse....) isnt always on me especially here during lockdowns & isolation etc which caused a huge headache.
My question :
can i just be free of having to agreeing to any paid apps here and get that out of the loop totally because you pause our commits by having me to sign in and click yes on some odd thing your lawyers changed
could you consider just sending an OTP to a phonenumber and not trying to force an apple device us on us managers ? my developers have macbooks etc its fine but they cant accept these contracts.
and
i dont need this paid apps thing why cant we just have this option of not dealing with it until we have a paid app in the store - it doesnt make sense.
Hello, recently I've received such notice of termination. Right after they've reviewed and approved my app to the store.
Pursuant to Section 3.2(f) of the ADP Agreement, you agreed that you would not “commit any act intended to interfere with the Apple Software or Services, the intent of this Agreement, or Apple’s business practices including, but not limited to, taking actions that may hinder the performance or intended use of the App Store, Custom App Distribution, or the Program.” Apple has good reason to believe that you violated this Section due to documented indications of fraudulent conduct associated with your account.
Have you encountered this, and did you manage to get an answer or resolve the situation?
I've already appealed and am waiting for a review.
Hi, my apple developer membership expired as my payment method did not work, and now all my apps published have been removed from the store. I have tried going onto my account on the apple developer app, but there is no place to renew the app. All i get is the text
"Renew your membership to continue accessing program benefits and services. Open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone or iPad, tap the Account tab, and sign in. Then tap Renew and follow the prompts. If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you'll need to agree to it again after renewal. You can view this agreement in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect."
Apple support is not providing any info, i have gone to the agreements and there is no new agreement to accept, so i need help in how to renew my membership urgently and have my apps relisted.
I have had this notice for a while: Registration is being processed for these devices. They may become available for development and ad hoc distribution in 24 to 72 hours. Changes to device availability will appear in the Status column.
The status for my new iPhone has been stuck in this "Processing" state. See image:
Hi,
We've tried to reach Apple regarding our developer program enrollment.
We've been waiting for over 5 months and have tried to send several support emails without getting any feedback.
We need to release our app as a part of our product very soon, so please support us.
Best regards,
Thomas
Muchas gracias
I'm new to iOS development, although I've been through some basic tutorials. I never went as far as publishing an app. I hope what I describe makes sense to someone who has gone through the process.
I was tasked with updating our iOS app as the previous developer is no longer with the company I was invited to the team by the admin so I have access to all devices/profiles/certificates in the dev portal.
The problem:
In the step of linking the UDID to this profile, an error occurs, this device identifier has been duplicated. Not sure how this is possible if I can't add one with the same UDID? So I disabled the two duplicates, thinking this would allow me to add the new entry. No, same error. And now, I can't even reactivate ANY of the other two that I previously deactivated because there is already a device with the same UDID in the list!
Is it possible to reset the device list without paying the Apple Tax? I recently let my developer account lapse due to financial issues but it gets to me that I cant write and run apps I wrote on the phone I own. Now I cant even test them on it because I cant reset the device list. Is there any solution?
How do I get a response from anyone after completing this web-form? I have paid subscription, sent ID documents months ago, but still cannot get past this page
I converted my individual dev account to organization (as a single member LLC). Now I was working on filling out the W9 form and according to the current W9 guidelines I need to put my own name in the first row of the form:
Name (as shown on your income tax return)
However in the appstoreconnect UI this name is non-changeable and defaulted to my LLC name. How should I go about it?
When I click to Accept invitation in Apple Developer's mail:
https://ibb.co/HtxTNWV
A login screen appeared:
https://ibb.co/mzNFJF5
And I logged in with my apple account but the page keep redirect to login screen.
We are willing to change our Apple developer program membership organization information - including the organization name. As far as we know the signing certificate name is directly driven from the organization name. That is, after doing so, the certificates names within Apple developer account portal will changed.
Will it affect the keychain stored certificates with the old certificate name?
Will it be possible to continue signing software - with the keychain stored certificates with the old certificate name?
Do these changes affect the upgrade procedure of already distributed software that was signed with a certificate with the old name - assuming the bundle identifiers stay intact?
Following the disclaimer in a post on a common topic, regarding the difficulty in giving a definitive answer without knowing the full scope of the build process,
our build process refers the certificate name only during signing:
codesign --sign "Developer ID Application: CompanyName Ltd. (TEAMID)"...
productsign --sign "Developer ID Installer: CompanyName Ltd. (TEAMID)"...
Hi everyone
it's been over a week im trying to enroll to the developer program, but apple still haven't reply back.
i tried to get support from support team via email. but still nobody is responding.
can you help please
I got acknowledgement from apple last month that my order was placed and transaction will be charged on my credit card.
Since then I have done multiple emails follow up but haven't gotten a single response from apple.
Can anybody help in this regard. They should respond within 2 business days - stipulated time as per their email.
They told me to unroll via apple's developer Application on MacBook but the "enroll" button is disabled in that app.
After that I had tried several times and each time I receive confirmation email and they would let me know after 2 business days but till now I have not gotten my apple Developer account and the payment is also not getting deducted.
Hi,
We submitted a TSI to apple on November 22nd (Reference ID: 5060858). At the time the TSI was submitted, the email linked to our Apple ID was not up to date. Apple contacted us on December 1st via telephone and informed us we were going to receive, at an updated email address, ticket info. As of today, we have updated our email address, and would like to be updated.
Hello,
When | go to the contact us page and choose the phone option, and then the Apple calling me, the caller said: "if you ready to talk to the advisor press 1", I pressed 1, but he said: I didn't hear anything, what exactly expected I do to finish the program enrollment.
Thanks.
