I’m reaching out here in hopes of getting some guidance or assistance with an enrollment issue. Our institution recently completed the Apple Developer Program enrollment as an accredited educational institution after receiving our DUNS number. It’s been over a week since the submission, but the status is still showing as "pending," and we haven’t received any follow-up communication.
This delay is creating a significant barrier for our students, as they urgently need access to the resources associated with the developer program for their ongoing projects. If anyone has experience with expediting this process or knows of any steps we might be missing, I would be extremely grateful for your insights.

The apple connect account says expired card. But, when click on update card. The card in the account is up to date and not expired.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delayed processing of my request to switch my developer account from individual to organization.
I submitted two separate requests, each with a unique case number, and received notifications stating that my issue would be resolved within one business day. However, despite the passage of several business days, I have yet to receive any updates or solutions.
I kindly request you to expedite the review and approval process for my account type change. My organization's DUNS number is provided already in my request application.

Typically, when we add a new device to our developer account, it’s available for use right away. However, we added two devices yesterday, and both are still showing a “processing” status today. We haven’t reached our maximum device limit.
Is there currently a slowdown with Developer Services?

I just joined the Apple Developer Program through my university team, and the point of contact for our university verified that I am on the team. However, after almost a week of waiting, I am still unable to access any privileges related to the program, and whenever I sign into my account, I am prompted to join the program, leading me to believe that there is some issue related to the enrollment process. I went to find a support link to see if I could sort out this issue, but whenever I navigate to the link given on the developer program page (https://developer.apple.com/contact/), I am greeted with a blank screen. Is it possible that I've done something wrong during the enrollment process?

usually i used to work on my xamarin application from a windows OS using Visual Studio application.
When testing IOS apps i used to connect to macbook that my boss has to my windows pc.
Nowdays i have a big problem while i try to publish an app. I select Release configuration, rebuild the project and in this case it asks me to login in with my Apple developer account but i always get an errore:
'There is an error while trying to access the auth service is not available'
Does anyone know a different way to publish an IOS app? I really do not know what to do.

I signed up for the Apple Developer Program 15 days ago, but I haven’t received any updates on my enrollment. A few days ago, I attempted to sign up again and contacted support three days ago, but I still haven’t received a response. I initially enrolled via the web, but I’m unable to re-enroll through the Apple Developer app with this email.
To troubleshoot, I created a new Apple ID, and from that new account, I can proceed with enrollment via the app. My question is, should I attempt to enroll with my new Apple ID? And if so, would I be at risk of being charged twice if my original account is eventually approved, resulting in two active subscriptions?
I cannot reach to the developer support website https://developer.apple.com/contact/ the website is blank and doesn't even load, I tried it with 5 other devices and 3 other networks and also with a VPN.
Is the apple developer contact us (https://developer.apple.com/contact/) page working for anyone as of 29 Oct 2024 ? It's showing empty page for me and a few other folks?
It's been 6 days since the subscription fee was charged, you give a 48 hour period, you don't answer emails, you don't say anything; is this good Apple service?
I have been waiting for approval for my developer account for weeks and weeks now with no word from Apple. How can I get my developer account approved faster? It’s almost as if I have been forgotten.
We use managed Apple accounts for all users in our environment. One of these accounts is associated with an App Store app. Currently the developer console has a banner that says:
"There's no credit/debit card on the Apple Online Store associated with your Apple ID to auto-renew your membership."
This account, as well as my own admin account, are unable to add a payment method to our Apple account. We're missing the "Payments & Shipping" button on the Manage Account page.
How can we renew our developer subscription to keep our app on the App Store? It's critical for us that the account that owns this app is managed. TIA
Urgent Assistance Needed: Issue Logging into Apple Developer Enterprise Account via Visual Studio 2022 - "Authentication service is unavailable."

I am encountering an issue while attempting to log into my Apple Developer Enterprise account through Visual Studio 2022. The process consistently fails with the error message: "Authentication service is unavailable."
Here are the steps I followed:
Open Visual Studio 2022.
Navigate to Tools -> Options -> Apple Developer Account -> Add Account -> Select Enterprise Account.
Attempt to log in using my Apple Developer ID and password.
Despite multiple attempts, I continue to face the error: "Authentication service is unavailable."
This issue occurs on both Windows and Mac environments, with the same results. However, I am able to log into my Apple Developer account via the browser, and the Apple service status portal shows no outages.
As this issue is impacting our ability to deliver to our customers, I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

How long does it take to deduct the payment from my USD 99 subscription for an Apple developer? I have been waiting for more than a week to be deducted from my credit card.

My developer membership is expired. I cannot renew because the renewal option/button does not appears in any device. A banner tells me:
"Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts.If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect."
However, there's no "Renew" to tap or click anywhere in the app nor in the web.
Any ideas?

Hi, I am trying to debug a .NET MAUI App on an iPhone in Visual Studio 2022 on Windows.
But to do this I need to add my Apple Developer Account to Visual Studio 2022.
When I try to do this, I get an error message saying:
Error adding account
There was an error while trying to log in: Authentication service is unavailable.
When I give it a different user ID that is part of the same Apple Developer Account it gives the same error.
When I give an incorrect password, the same error appears.
When I was applying for the developer app, we were being told to pay the usual $99 USD for the annual fee, but since the site process is a little long from Apple's end they suggested we use the app. Omn using the app the fee was added by $20 USD, is this normal?

My developer is trying to access my account. He's got admin access but keeps getting "Join the apple developer Program" message. Even though we have signed up for the developer account. We are trying to setup certificates and Identifiers but gets a message saying the Team ID isnt associated with the an active membership. The apple ID that's shown isnt even the same as our apple ID.
How do we get around this as I don't want to share my credentials with the developer.

I’ve been trying to contact Apple Developer Support regarding my developer account. After submitting the required documents related to the Digital Services Act (DSA), I emailed them to ask which additional documents were needed.
However, I’ve been waiting for more than 3 days now without receiving a response. Unfortunately, the only way for me to reach them is via email, as phone support is not available in my country.
This delay is causing significant issues for me, and I need to resolve this as soon as possible.
Are there any alternative methods to contact Apple Developer Support aside from email? I’d appreciate any advice or assistance.
