Is anyone experiencing this issue? The Internet working properly. I have admin access to all apps. Device time is correct. also, other pages are loading properly on AppStore connect page.

I have developed and submitted an app that is very much like Zoom to the AppStore review. Unfortunately, I got rejected by them mentioning that I must include "In-app purchase" to the app to purchase "meeting subscriptions". But in my app "meeting subscriptions" purchases are in a web portal outside the app same as Zoom. That subscription packages are used to increase the number of participants in the meeting and it does not unlock any feature in the app. So what can be the exact point that led to the rejection of my app while zoom does not?
