The same happened to me using Xcode 16.2 on Sequoia. I've posted here but didn't get a solution. Did you find a workaround?

Did you find a workaround? I can't seem to find it anywhere and I can't code because I can't preview and simulate my app. This is really a bummer.

Let's boost so Apple will fix this.
Did you receive an e-mail from Apple confirming your purchase?
To use TestFlight to test your app link in Xcode, you need to first create a build archive of your app, then upload it to App Store Connect through Xcode, selecting "TestFlight" as the distribution method; this will allow you to share the app with testers through a link that they can access on their iOS devices via the TestFlight app.

Se você puder colocar um print das etapas, ou erros, ia ajudar muito.

As for your question:
To verify that the simulators work outside of previews on your system could you attempt a build+run of your app ⌘+R ? If that works [...]
Well, I think it didn't work? This popped up after I pressed ⌘+R, subsequently after it showed 'build succeeded':
I'm new to Xcode (this is literally the first time I'm (trying) to code using SwiftUI).
I checked on Xcode > Settings > Components to see if there's something wrong, but apparently everything's fine.
Is there something else I could do?
Hi @Claude31, thanks for the response.
Just updated to Sequoia (15.2 (24C101)) but the issue persists.
I completely reseted my iMac to its default settings, downloaded it from the official website again, simulators were downloaded without a problem, however, when it comes to previewing, nothing happens.
It just keeps spinning, as shown in the OP.
I even enabled Legacy Previews, but it didn't seem to work.
