In our application we are running a promotional offer, its applicable for both introductory and direct subscriptions.
its working for most of users. but few user complaining that they are getting an message saying
"Not eligible for this offer"

Our app is in beta review since 21-01-2022,
still not approved,
this is happening first time for our app.
from the same xcode development environment other app approved to make live on the appstore.
is there any configuration which i am missing ?
