We should know today... If they do lean only on updates, it will show just how much effort/resources they're willing to put into correcting the issue, I think. Might be easier to just phone it in π
Might want to see if you can discuss on swift.org's community forums.
Individuals using betas are free to use the Feedback Assistant; Devs can use the 'Report Bugs' link, below right. 8.2018Edit 12.15.19 - For those that haven't yet been made aware, the bug reporter link below now goes straight to the FA, so...Stay tuned for a 2021 update to see if the FA lives, or if Apple, in their continuing quest to find things to change yet again, retires the FA and restores 'bug reporter'.
10-4 - All yours, thanks, good luck.Ken
Again, it's a recurring thing. Given the number of years it's been happening, I'd not expect it to change. Welcome to the App Store.
If they contact you directly, they may be trying to do some sort of fraud. Tell them to contact Apple instead, but if you want to interact directly with your users on that level, it's your money...See: How to refund for customers In-app purchases?
...wrong forums.User-centric queries/comments such as this are perhaps best put to AppleCare's public community support forums, Apple's twitter support account and/or Appleβs YouTube Support Channel vs. risking off-topic here in DevForums, thanks and good luck.https://support.apple.com/

When the dev is outside the US, it can take up to two weeks before the process completes...sometimes longer. Be patient.
How many of your issues have you raised directly w/DTS?

Did you select the Products Folder on the left in the Resource Navigator, then the app name, and do a 'Show in Finder'? Should path to something in /Users/<ronwood>/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/macAppTest00whateverIf you deleted derived data etc. tho, that path should come up empty...
Apple does not provide for distribution schemes other than testing, store and enterprise.1.) Yes, the client would need their own Enterprise Developer Program account to distribute apps to employees2.) The client's app, again via Enterprise, can open a website if that's what they want...no store review involved, but it too would only be for employees. If all they want is to open a website, tho, and/or distributed to the general public, they don't need an app - they only need a way to share the link to the website, such as email, OR code, social media, etc.As for making a PDF of an app, you might have better luck doing a video, instead, or just do an ebook/ibook, which can be converted to PDF w/the right skills/tools.
