Unable to Add for Review - Xcode 15.0.1 - New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 11 or later

Same here as of yesterday, I have built 4 versions of the same app earlier this week and last week. My last successful build / release was on November 1st. Sent me down a rabbit hole as I thought I did something but have checked all the versions and on November 1st I build with the same version as yesterday and today.

New apps and app updates must be built with the public (GM) versions of Xcode 11 or later, iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS SDKs. Apps built with beta versions aren’t allowed.

It seems to be a generic error if all are facing it.

Got this problem since last night, tried 12 hours later, still not solved. Downgraded to Xcode 15.0, no problems anymore.

I decided to downgrade to Xcode 15.0 because I could not wait any longer. It works.

I thought error only appeared to me Thanks to the first person who posted here.

This is really bad; we are having an urgent delivery for our project, and this happened. Apple needs to fix this on an urgent basis. As far as I know, there are people out there who are dependent on this.

Yes, same here. This build is using a beta version of Xcode and can’t be submitted. Make sure you’re using the latest version of Xcode or the latest seed release found on the releases tab in News and Updates

Move 15.0.1 completely to the bin. Download and Install XCode 15 release exactly and continue. Its a life saver.

This has been a problem for me as well.

Same here... We submitted a few apps all built using the same versions - and most were fine, but one won't submit with the same error.

Same problem with Xcode 15.0.1 i'm temporaly solved using old version of xCode (14.3.1 - 14E300c)
