Same here, looks like Testflight public approval process is slower recently. Been waiting for more than a day and half with no progress.
When you use a sandbox, Apple only renews the subscription first 6 times and then then they might renew it again 6 times in a row the day after, after another purchase request. Inbetween these, they only provide one month (5 minutes) renewal on each new purchase. Sometimes this 6 times in a row works again after 12 hours, sometimes it's a whole day.
Same here in the Czech republic. Started yesterday I'd say and completely degraded over the day.
I created a bug for Apple for this, FB7640880.
Apple got back to me on one of the feedback issues related to map performance in iOS 13, asking to re-test on iOS 13.4. Indeed map performance is way better. Especially drawing custom overlays on top of custom tiles is back to pre iOS13 performance.
Has been 12 hours for me now. So I guess we'll just have to wait longer today...[Update] Has been 24 hours now, update is still not present in the AppStore. Usually it was up to 1 hour. Guess it is time to create a bug report.[Update] Reported under FB7498371.[Update] After ~28 hours updated version is available in the AppStore.
And no fix in iOS 13.3 public version.
I tested with Xcode 11.3 (11C29) for the NSInvalidUnarchiveOperationException that I was able to reproduce before 11B500 (some unfortunate 11.2 releases). UITextViews are doing ok, no problem under iOS 12.4.3 that I tested with.
