My app got removed from sale due to some screenshots that wasn't in compliance with the guidelines. After it got removed an error has occurred, where I'm not able to add a new version to review. An I get an unexpected error. See screenshot below. Has been stuck on this for more than a week now. And neither the Developer Support or the App Review Team has been able to resolve the issue yet. I have talked to both by phone several times. Developer support has said it it up to the Review team to resolve. But the Review team has not found a solution yet. I suspect it might have to do with the Availability of the app. Ever since it got removed from sale every country has the status "Cannot Sell App". And I'm not able to make it available for any country. See screenshot below. But I can't be sure. Anyone else has experienced this issue and has been able to get it resolved? It's a bit urgent because the app is currently not on the App Store and this is my main app and main source of income.

Got a notice two weeks ago that my app would be removed due to some screenshots that weren't in compliance with the guidelines. Have since then uploaded a new version with screenshots that are in compliance with the guidelines, but the reviewer still decided to reject based on the same guideline. Wrote a reply to the reviewer 24 hours ago (10 min after the rejection), explaining that the screenshots are in compliance, but still has not gotten a reply. And today the app was removed from sale. How long should one have to wait for a reply from the reviewer? Have filed an appeal. but that usually takes days, and even weeks. So my app will lose all momentum on the charts! All because the reviewer is extremely incompetent. Any ways to speed up the process of getting the new version approved?

I received this message from the App Store Review team. Stating that I need to take action against the negative user reviews, otherwise it might lead to the removal of the app. See message in bottom quote. Now while I do display a lot of ads in the free version of the game, it's not abnormally high amounts of ads compared to other free games in the App Store. I counted reviews from the last 3 months. 65 reviews in total, and these are only the reviews with comments (not including those that only rated): 53 were 5-star reviews. 4 were 4-star reviews. 1 were 3-star reviews. 3 were 2-star review. 4 were 1-star reviews. So the question is, what is an acceptable amount of Interstitial ads? What's the minimum time needed between two Interstitial ad displays. Hello, We’ve noticed a trend of negative users reviews on your app, and are writing to remind you of your responsibility to investigate and take action on customer feedback. These reviews describe a poor user experience, including excessive ads. The App Store is committed to providing a safe and secure platform for App Store users. We take customer satisfaction and trust seriously and expect all developers to do the same. In order to ensure that negative reviews are addressed in a timely and effective manner, please take the following actions: Identify the specific issues described in negative reviews. If you reply to the reviews, be specific and offer solutions to demonstrate you understand your users’ concerns and are taking action to resolve them. Make any required changes to fix the issues and ensure they do not recur. Reply to this message and describe the specific actions you’ve taken to improve your users’ experience with your products and services. We appreciate your efforts to resolve these issues and have not made any changes to your app’s availability at this time. However, be advised that failure to address these issue may lead to future rejections, and continued customer complaints may result in additional actions, such as the removal of your app from the App Store. See App Store Review Guideline 5.6.4 - App Quality to learn more about app quality requirements. Best regards, App Store Review

My device doesn't show up in Xcode when connecting it to my MacBook. I have tried all the tricks in the book. Restarting Xcode, restarting the Macbook, restarting the device. I've updated both Xcode and iOS device, I've looked in Windows->Devices and Simulators in Xcode, no luck. I've tried the "sudo launchctl stop com.apple.usbmuxd" command in Terminal. Anything else I should try?

This is urgent. After I forgot to renew my developer membership it expired and my apps was removed from the App Store. After renewing the apps went back live, but users has not been able to make any purchases within any of my apps. How can I resolve this issue asap? I have already contacted Apple support via App Store Connect, but they are not responding until 1-2 business days. Phone is currently unavailable.
