can NOT enter to itunes connect report sales

When I try to enter iTunes connect and see my sales reports for my applications, I can't. white screen, or no acces. I leave a photo attached. Please help how I can solve this, I have already 2 months that I can not enter to see my sales reports. I already tried in safari, in google chrome and in firefox and nothing. .

using UNITY 2020 and XCODE 10.1 for (IAP) in app purchases

I have an EDUCATIONAL application only, it weighs nothing and is very basic: (on Unity 2020) In my app (informative education), it includes five (5) scenes in total. the first is free to access the other four (4) and buy them inside the application. In other words, if the user wants to access the following scenes or levels, ... access the first scene for free, But to access the rest you must buy them with (IPA) IN APP PURCHASES. I need this project only for DESKTOP MAC OS X. (mac store only) and I am using UNITY 2020. There is any tutorial or some help please. Thank you

minimum mandatory requirements to develop for IOS.

which are the minimum mandatory requirements to develop an application for IOS. since for MAC DESKTOP STORE they are: High Sierra and Xcode 10.1 but I look for the minimums for IOs. any ideas ? Thank you

distribution using xcode 10.1

Hello I already have my application finished for mac desktop store only but ..... I am on High Sierra 10.13.6 and I can only use XCODE 10.1 is it possible to upload and deliver my application using Xcode 10.1 ....?
