Me too, scheduled to receive payment in July 4th, my status is also 'paid', but until today, I haven't received any payment yet. Still waiting worryingly.

I'm unable to support standby mode because of this too
I got same error
Just found the reason, when accessing to Apple server, we got this error
SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:tlsv1 alert internal error
This could be due to our openSSL or curl is too old, we change another server and it get fixed.
Wait for few more days to confirm again
