Can unapproved subscription be tested?

My app is using unity IAP. I created subscriptions. They are in status 'Waiting for review". But when I run it can't find products. UnityIAP: Received 0 products Can unapproved subscription be tested?

Conigure owner bank account for IAP payments

Hi. I am developer. I received the order, develop it and run under by account because the customer does not understand the app store connect at all. Now I am adding IAP to the app but I don't know how to add customer as owner and assign his bank account and tax information to receive payments. How can I do?

User privacy not clear.

Hi. There a lot of information added to app store connect to make easier to answer to questions👍. But it is still not answer to my question. Should it be considered as "collecting data linked to user": 1) if user can add login and password(that belong only for this application) to connect to server 2) if application allows user to send some information to server(by pressing button) for example picture. Thanks for responses.
