Reply to "This item is currently being modified. Please try again later." - Anyone seen this before?
I am having the same issue for my recurring IAPs only for all 5 of my apps. I have also not changed any information on the IAPs. It occurs in TestFlight and Development environment only. Production is unaffected. I was hoping this would resolve itself in the past few days but it has not. I will call Apple Dev Support on Monday to try to get a ticket started. Please let me know if you receive any information and I'll do the same. Thanks.

@dimitriev Are you able to replicate the issue on your devices? I am unable to but some of my users are experiencing the issue. It looks like you are seeing the issue on your device, so can you please do the following:https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/profiles-and-logs/ Download the CloudKit profile on your device and then follow the instructions. Submit a bug report with that log file and it will help Apple determine what the issue is. I would do this myself, but I cannot replicate the issue on my device.

@bchandresh, I am unable to replicate the 503 errors on my device but some of my users are experiencing the issue. It looks like you are seeing the issue on your device, so can you please do the following: https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/profiles-and-logs/ Download the CloudKit profile on your device and then follow the instructions. Submit a bug report with that log file and it will help Apple determine what the issue is. I would do this myself, but I cannot replicate the issue on my device.
