two users reported this to me: "I initially got the app when it was first released as iPad only, but I’m not able to download it on iPhone- the store allows only purchase " "The App Store shows that the app is compatible with both iPad & iPhone, but it doesn’t let me download it onto my iPhone. It doesn’t even show up as a purchased app, even though I use it on my ipad." is there anything i can do about it or a workaround/troubleshoot that i can send to the user? thanks in advance
