Hi,
We have recently implemented a price increase for one of our products, which is now in effect. Please note that the old price will continue to apply for existing subscribers.
However, we have now made the decision to apply this increased price to existing subscribers as well. Unfortunately, the option of "plan subscription price change" does not accommodate this update.
Could help on how to do?
