Is there no way to do address this issue without implementing another “price increase” for both existing and new subscribers?
Let me explain my findings in detail and please feel free to correct for any discrepancies.
On day 1, I attempted to set new price increase set for new subscribers.
By “Subscriptions > Subscription Prices > Plan Subscription Price Change”, ”, I was able to “set NEW price increase effective on day 2 for any new subscribers in Singapore (SG) only, while existing SG subscribers would continue using the OLD price upon renew.
On day X, we have changed our mind to apply the current newly effective price to existing subscribers (i.e. the NEW price effective on day 2) to OLD existing subscribers (i.e. not new subscribers from day 2) also.
Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to an option for such action, besides, it just states “Current Pricing for New Subscribers” only.
Then I have tried again “Subscriptions > Subscription Prices > Plan Subscription Price Change”
Could you confirm if I have correctly set the existing NEW price will apply to OLD existing subscribers?
