Please helpWe're running into an issue where App Store Connect won't let us set up a MacOS app. When we go to App Store Connect's "My Apps" page and click on the + sign on the top left to create a "New MacOS App", it gives us an error, sayingYou have no eligible Bundle IDs for macOS apps. However, we do. We have macOS bundle IDs. But App Store Connect isn't picking them up.- The error dialogue then gives us an option to "Register one here." with a link to the "Register an App ID" page (https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/bundleId/add/)- We do so, making sure macOS is selected instead of [iOS, Apple TV, watchOS].- We give it a unique explicit Bundle ID (we've also tried Wildcards, we've tried a lot of things at this point)Then we go back to App Store Connect's "My Apps" page and click on the + sign on the top left to create a "New MacOS App", it gives us an error, sayingYou have no eligible Bundle IDs for macOS apps.etc.This is endless. Help!

Hello, we just had the latest release of our app made for sale on the Mac App Store. As part of the update, we included 3 preview videos and 1 screenshot. However, none of the preview videos are showing up! All that shows up on the App page is the screenshot. And since we were relying on the videos to convey the app, the screenshot is useless by itself, doesn't even show the app itself but what you can export from the app.Why aren't the App Preview videos showing up? It's not even that they're blank or not playing, they're simply not there. The only item that you see is the single screenshot image.
After uploading a build to App Store Connect (.pkg) and clicking on the app to enter the app management, the "TestFlight" tab is missing. There is no documentation about what to do when the tab is missing -- it's as if it's always supposed to be there. The only tabs available are "App Store", "Features", and "Activity".Please help. What are we doing wrong?
