Hello, we just had the latest release of our app made for sale on the Mac App Store. As part of the update, we included 3 preview videos and 1 screenshot. However, none of the preview videos are showing up! All that shows up on the App page is the screenshot. And since we were relying on the videos to convey the app, the screenshot is useless by itself, doesn't even show the app itself but what you can export from the app.
Why aren't the App Preview videos showing up? It's not even that they're blank or not playing, they're simply not there. The only item that you see is the single screenshot image.
