I think, this has something to do with the selected font. Try to use a different font.

I think they are coming away with it because the App Store is so huge. The Apple finds them, they might be messaged to change something.
What I don't understand: Why can't you customers get their own accounts?
I think, this is a bug in Xcode. Xcode Cloud worked for me in Xcode 13.3.1. I downloaded Xcode !3.4.1 and got the same message. Let's hope Xcode Cloud is important enough that this is fixed in the next version.

I removed an unused package and changed some build settings. I don't exactly know what did the trick, but it now works again.

Hold down the option key when clicking. This way you toggle between the directions there the editor is opened.
Which Xcode version are you using?
