I have a feedback issue that I posted on 25th of June, as a result of a RealityKit Lab with one of your engineers.
The issue was only answered on July 10th at 5:17AM GMT+3.
I answered the response, with the corresponding files requested, on July 10th at 19:51, and have yet to receive any additional feedback from you guys.
So...
My question remains, how long does it take for you guys to answer feedbacks?

Hey,
We are developing an CV AR app using CoreML, ARKit and RealityKit.
For some reason, after about a minute~ of usage, the phone thermalStatus goes from fair to serious, which causes a bad AR experience and an immediate FPS drop to 30.
Also, we opened a feedback on this about a month ago that was never even replied.
Can anyone please assist?
