Is this just me? I had a funny situation when trying to add a new version... I got a message saying that I had to agree to the changes in the agreement, but the agreement was completely blank. Nothing displayed.
Now whenever I try to add a version to my app, it lets me type in the version and click create, and then says:
"An error has occurred. Try again later."
It's been happening all morning and I'm concerned that my account is now glitched/bugged in some way.

I have uploaded a build... I have external testers ready to go... my test build has a yellow light and says "Ready to Submit" but the only button available says "Expire Build."I have searched everywhere... where is the Submit for Beta Review button? Is it a button that won't appear until I do something else? All my data is filled out.
