I have the same problem. CloudKit seems to sync very delayed / sometimes doesn't sync at all to the Mac app.

It’s kinda frustrating because these kinds of issues seem to be happening all the time with CloudKit and the error messages are not helpful at all!

It seemed to have fixed itself somehow, but now this issue is back!

The Screen Time API is so broken.
I have filed many feedback requests.
No replies.
No bug fixes.
I wonder if someone actually works on this.
