I figured out how to use a Mapkit offline in swift and make the map usable offline . Would a project with a Mapkit still be accepted in the contest?

App Store Connect is not letting me push updated to my current app in the App Store. The updates are going to TestFlight but not the App Store. I want to delete the entire app and just start new. I want to send the app out for testing as soon as I can but I am being hindered with running into so many problems. If you can help me understand why I can push updates to TestFlight for the same app but these updates don't go to the App Store , I'd be grateful .
