App rejected into beta testing design spam.
I recently submitted my app, Ai voice changer - Video effects (Build version 1.0.0 (2)), for beta testing and received feedback indicating that my app was rejected due to a violation of Guideline 4.3(a) - Design - Spam. The rejection email states that my app shares a similar binary, metadata, and/or concept to apps already submitted to the App Store, with only minor differences, leading to the classification of my app as spam. I would like to respectfully request clarification regarding the specific aspects of my app that led to this rejection. I have ensured that the app I submitted offers unique functionalities and has been carefully designed to stand out from other apps in the same category. The features of my app, including apply voice changer effects on videos, were developed with originality and are intended to offer a new experience to users. To provide additional context, my app was created using a unique approach and has distinct features compared to other voice changers available on the App Store. However, I am open to any suggestions on how I can improve the app’s submission to meet your guidelines fully. My goal is to provide a valuable and unique tool for users, and I would appreciate further guidance on how to address the perceived overlap with other apps. Could you please provide specific examples or areas where my app may appear too similar to others, and what steps I can take to resolve this issue? I would be grateful for any assistance or suggestions on how I can resubmit my app with full compliance to the App Store guidelines. Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your response and the opportunity to resolve this matter. Best regards, Jay limbani Ai voice changer - video effects

App Stuck in Review After Spam Policy Rejection - Seeking Suggestions for Resolution
Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with my app submission, and I’m hoping to get some advice or suggestions on how to move forward. Here’s the situation: App Description: I created an app that provides mods for the game Gorilla Tag. It was initially rejected due to a violation of the Spam Policy. Resubmission: After making improvements to address the issues, I resubmitted a new version for review. Current Status: The app has now been stuck in the "In Review" status for a long time with no feedback or updates from Apple. I’m not sure how to proceed, so I would greatly appreciate some guidance on the following: Should I remove the app from my App Store Connect account entirely and start fresh? Would this help get the review process moving again? Should I consider a complete redesign of the app’s UI or any other significant changes to improve its chances of being approved? What specific changes or fixes should I implement to ensure my app meets the App Store guidelines and gets approved? Also, I’m wondering if there are any other potential solutions or steps I can take to expedite the review process. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or advice!

Clarification on ATT Dialog and Displaying Ads in iOS App
Hello everyone, I have recently published my app on the App Store and am planning to implement ads. I have a couple of questions regarding Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and best practices for integrating ads. ATT Dialog and Showing Ads: If a user selects "Ask App Not to Track" on the ATT dialog, am I still allowed to show ads in my app? I understand that ATT restricts tracking for personalized ads, but does this mean I cannot show any ads at all, or is it just the personalized (targeted) ads that are restricted? Best Practices for Implementing Native Ads: I want to integrate native ads into my app. Could you share any best practices or guidelines for integrating native ads in a way that provides a good user experience and complies with Apple's policies? I’m especially interested in how to implement them in a non-intrusive way and what ad networks are best for this type of integration. Thanks for your help!

App Review rejected due to Guideline 4.3(a) - Design - Spam App Store Distribution & Marketing
Hello, My app was rejected because of App Review Guideline 4.3(a). The guideline says: "Don’t create multiple Bundle IDs of the same app. If your app has different versions for specific locations, sports teams, universities, etc., consider submitting a single app and provide the variations using in-app purchase." The original answer is: "We noticed your app shares a similar binary, metadata, and/or concept as apps submitted to the App Store by other developers, with only minor differences. Submitting similar or repackaged apps is a form of spam that creates clutter and makes it difficult for users to discover new apps." I am very confused. I just bought a Mac and iPhone So I don't have other apps in the Apple App Store. I created my app all by myself and did not repacked another apps or similar procedure. I have only one bundle id. There is one app with a similar concept in the store which unfortunately has the name "weapon mods for gmod". So I renamed my app for iOS to " map addons for gmod to addons for gmod". The difference is that this app give mods regarding Garry's game and redirect user to the steam community and my app has provided different category of mods rather than others and my app has functionality for that user have not to redirect any website From my understanding my app is relatively unique in concept. Anyway I don't understand why my app is rejected. The uploaded version does not contain In-App-Purchase, Achievement, Leaderboard and Sharing like the Android version does because it is still work in progress. I admit the uploaded screenshots are polished and final. I don't know how "shares similar binaries, metadata" with other apps can be fixed if this is the case. It is because I used Unity like most developers and this results in similar filename? Anyone can help? Kind regards, Jay limbani
