Dev Program License Agreement: "Student Developers may not access any entitlement profiles..."
The latest version of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement (late June 23) contains new language in section 3.1.d: Authorized Student Developers may not access any entitlement profiles provided to You by Apple, unless otherwise approved in writing by Apple; I help manage the institutional developer account for a university, and I'm not really sure how to interpret this. In practical terms, what limits does this place on student developers that contribute to our apps? Does this mean that student developers can no longer have a Developer role with "Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles" enabled? This would mean student developers can no longer upload their build to directly to App Store Connect.

No App Store automatic update settings per app?
So it seems that iOS App Store automatic updates are all or nothing, with no ability to enable / disable at the level of individual app? I just want to be sure I'm not missing something. Since TestFlight supports this, I assumed that the App Store would as well-- but it looks to me that it doesn't. Our app has a somewhat unique, niche use case for which it's important that the app be updated automatically-- however we don't want to require global enabling of automatic updates for all of the user's apps. But outside of our use case, it seems the ability to toggle automatic updates at the level of individual apps would be desirable and useful for users in general.
