What is the process to upload compliance details for my ios app to be available in France. Apple documentation is not Fully Helpful and the links that open up French site are broken. Which form should i upload where can i get it, Can Apple Team or some one help ?

Hi All,
I need to upload this app to TestFlight. But getting this error "Appstore Connect operation Error" "Asset Validation Failed" during Validation, Distribution of App in Xcode. How to resolve this ?
We have submitted An Enterprise app to Appstore recently and our app got rejected. Reason was 2.1.0 Performance: App Completeness.
Do we have to provide them an account which allows them to go through all the features of the app.
Or
Can we give them an account with which they can access minimal features of the app.
How this process goes usually?
