I'm looking to make an iOS app over the next weeks and months and had a couple of questions. I am based in England and will be sole trader. I had a looks on the DUNS number website and I couldn't see anything listed for sole traders. I'll also register to be VAT registered does the Apple Developer programme support sole traders who are VAT registered in the UK?

I've found old online man pages for macOS and iOS, but they seem pretty out of date compared to what I have on my macOS Ventura system.
Is there a place with all of the macOS, iOS, and iPadOS man pages with identical versions as shipped with current versions of the operating systems on the web?
Sorry if this is a stupid question, but does Apple Silicon (on the Mac, iPhone, and iPad) support ARMv8-A, ARMv8-M or ARMv9? Also, has Apple added any custom functionality to the instruction set found in Apple Silicon?
