Yes i use Encryption my App comes under Second Category. What needs to be done to "Upload your French encryption declaration in App Store Connect". L’utilisation d’un moyen de cryptologie est libre. Il n’y a aucune démarche à accomplir.
En revanche, la fourniture, l’importation, le transfert intracommunautaire et l’exportation d’un moyen de cryptologie sont soumis, sauf exception, à déclaration ou à demande d’autorisation.

In France, cryptology is subject to specific regulations.
The use of a cryptographic device is unrestricted. No formalities are required.
On the other hand, the supply, import, intra-Community transfer and export of a cryptographic device are subject to declaration or authorization.
