Xcode 15 Beta 6 cannot submit to TestFlight: Invalid Toolchain

Just installed Xcode 15 Beta 6 (15A5219j), and when I archive and try to upload to TestFlight I get this error:

Invalid Toolchain. Your app was built with an unsupported SDK or version of Xcode. If you plan to submit this build to the App Store, make sure you are using the versions listed in https://help.apple.com/xcode/mac/current/#/devf16aefe3b or later. (ID: 9064ee86-35bb-4f8b-acf3-e8cfb2a5beaa)

Submitting from Beta 5 had no issues.

Anyone having this same issue? Anyone found a workaround?

Today Apple appears to have resolved the issue server side - I was able to upload my archive without recompiling from yesterday and it got accepted.

Same same.

My app in process that I'm testing through TestFlight with a bunch of folks broke with the new iOS beta. Re-building with the new Xcode fixed it on my phone, but I can't submit for my other testers to be able to get it.

I am having this issue. Is there any solve for this

Also encountering this as of the last roughly 48 hours. Prior TF builds worked fine.

This isn't working for me as of Xcode 15 Beta 8

I was still on Xcode 15 Beta 6 - after reading @bryan-vh's comment I updated to Beta 8 (macOS wasn't prompting me when I asked for Xcode updates, so I did this via: https://developer.apple.com/download/all/?q=Xcode). It appeared to also re-download the iOS 17 files as part of this. After doing this the error went away.

Dated Sept 12:

Only realized this now, RC is not a Beta.

Build your apps and games using the Xcode 15 Release Candidate and latest SDKs, test them using TestFlight, and submit them for review to the App Store. https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=khzvxn8a

So looking at the download pages:

Xcode 15 Release Candidate Xcode 15 RC enables you to develop, test, and distribute apps for Apple platforms. It supports the SDKs for iOS 17, iPadOS 17, tvOS 17, watchOS 10, and macOS 14. For development with the visionOS SDK, continue to use Xcode 15 beta 8.

NOTE: the website menu still says "Xcode 15 Beta", which isn't entirely inaccurate, since beta 8 is still out there.
