Xcode does not show my development team, even though I am part of one.

I've been part of a development team for almost a year now. Since today (January 28, 2022), Xcode doesn't show my development team in any of my apps' Signing and Capabilities page; only my personal team.

I've been added to the development team as an admin (with developer rights) and access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles has been granted for my account as well.

I'm unable to access any developer resources at developer.apple.com, but I'm able to access App Store Connect.

I'm unable to build and run any of my apps. Am I missing something?

If it helps, I had joined the beta for the updated app submission experience when it was announced last year.

Xcode 13.2.1 (13C100), macOS 12.2 (21D49).
