We are told what conditions Apple follows to pay publishers (>=$150, 45+ days, etc.).
- But is there a way to change the threshold or force Apple to retain the money until a given date?
- Can an account receive revenues but be manually locked so we can decide, manually again, when to send the money to the indicated bank account?
- Or can we set up an automated calendar (still respecting the minimal amount of 45 days)?
