We are told what conditions Apple follows to pay publishers (>=$150, 45+ days, etc.).
But is there a way to change the threshold or force Apple to retain the money until a given date?
Can an account receive revenues but be manually locked so we can decide, manually again, when to send the money to the indicated bank account?
Or can we set up an automated calendar (still respecting the minimal amount of 45 days)?
