I wonder if anyone can direct me to any information about how Subscription Offer Codes work with "Pay up front" offers...
I have an active offer code which a number of customers have redeemed and have been charged for, however Sales & Trends in App Store Connect does not report any proceeds for these purchases, and the downloadable subscription report shows they were billed, but the "Developer Proceeds" field shows 0.00 for each subscription with that offer code.
To clarify, this is not a free offer code, the "Customer Price" field shows the correct amount charged to customers.
Are the proceeds delayed in some way when customer redeem an offer code? I've tried searching the documentation but can find little information.
