The status of my game was changed to Processing for App Store on 11/23/2020. Usually this process takes only a few minutes, but this time it has been stuck for 19 days.
I have contacted a senior advisor of Apple Developer Support, but the problem has not been resolved yet. They reply me it was a technical issue and they didn't have a way to expedite engineering requests.
Did you guys experience this situation? And, how did you resolve it?
