My app (1369018192) stuck in status "Processing for App Store" for week

We have identify the reason your build not processing is due to your Total Achievement Points. Your app, has Total Achievement Points exceeding 1000. Total Achievement Points may not exceed 1000, please resolve this and attempt to resubmit your build.
But
I can not resolve - because there is no button to edit or delete achievement points.
I can resubmit build - because there is no button anymore to upload a new build or cancel current.
What can I do?
