Is there a way to hold off payments from Apple?

Hello,

I have an app with subscription, and I read that Apple has a threshold of $150, till they can pay you. I have not received any payments yet.

I have 2 questions:

  1. Is there a way to adjust the threshold? (Say if I want Apple to pay just when I accumulate $500 in my account)

  2. Do payments happen automatically each month, or only after I "click a button"?

  1. No.

  2. They happen automatically, if the threshold is met.

Note they will sometimes send payments below the threshold, I think once per year.
