App Store Connect invited user has no way to create new appleid

Invited one of our devs to join our developer team, using their company email. They receive the invitation email and follow the activation link but the acceptance page doesn't show a link to create a new apple id as is suggested in the invitation email.

None of our existing members use this email. Clicking forgot password and then try to find your apple id, the email is not found, which is expected.

This was working as expected in the past.

Consulted our dev to go and create an apple id on their own, but when they input their company email, they are getting a validation error that their email cannot end @*** (where *** is our company's domain).

How are we supposed to add members who never had an apple id before?

We have the same issue. Did anyone sort this out?

Weirdest issue, I switched off my wifi and used my mobile network and it worked.

Since it's a company domain email addresses you need to use Business managed appleIDs. Ask you IT department to take care of it ( https://business.apple.com ). But then I have another problem: Once this kind of AppleID created and I am inviting my developer to the appstoreconnect , but he does not receive an invite since this kind of AppleID does not support email capabilities. Didn't figured it out yet ....
